1/Monitoring the achievement of set bookings & sales targets.

2/Observe competitor’s in terms of market behavior products, sales and marketing activities.

3/Establishes and maintains relationships with customers, contractors and OEM’s.

4/Monitoring and follow up of quotations / offers.

5/Visit customers. Support and provide technical and commercial advice to the customer related to our product and services.

6/Coordination of customer complaints and service issues in cooperation with the Technical and Service Department. Determine the cause of the complaint on location and in consultation with the customer.

7/ Participate on regional exhibitions, trade shows or conferences.

- At least one year sales working experience in cutting tools or related industries (machinery, equipment, lubricating oil etc.)

- Basic English skills with listening, speaking, reading and writing.

- Have driver license
